Primary Skill
sBRIM SOM Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Subscription Order Management (SOM) and its integration with CRM systems.Order Management: Proficient in handling subscription order processing, contract management, and order fulfillment processes.Customization and Configuration: Skilled in configuring and customizing SOM workflows, rules, and processes to meet specific business needs.Integration Knowledge: Expertise in integrating BRIM SOM with other SAP modules like Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FICA.Process Automation: Experience in automating subscription management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Debugging and Troubleshooting: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues within SOM and CRM modules.Business Process Mapping: Proficient in mapping client requirements to SOM functionalities and delivering tailored solutions.Collaboration: Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation.Secondary SkillsBasic understanding of Convergent Charging (CC) and FICA modules.Experience in preparing technical and functional documentation.Familiarity with CRM functionalities and user interfaces.Strong communication and client interaction skills.Basic knowledge of billing processes in telecom, utilities, or media industries.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
